This is a critical stage where all that have been agreed upon during the development phase must be put into action. A well-prepared Purchase Order is critical to safeguard our position and must be accompanied by main documentation from suppliers. Constant updates are shared to guarantee peace of mind of involved parties.

PRODUCT INSPECTIONS

Over the course of production, inspections are conducted at different stages, including raw material inspection, during production inspection and final random or full inspections.

This may seem like a gimme, but the earlier the problems are detected the easier they are to solve and, believe it; they do happen for the most various reasons!

YEARLY EVENT CALENDAR PLANNING

For customers doing sporting events, it is critical that a joint work is developed as early as possible to allow sufficient time for each phase of the project. Product developments can take from a couple of days up to a few months, depending on the complexity of what is being required.

Therefore, we work with customers when they start making their yearly plan, indicating when each step of the process needs to start in order to avoid missing out the opportunity to offer great products on key event dates.
